Role Summary

Own deployment, availability, observability, reliability and operational support of DOCIME and related VAIRAM platforms across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Experience

5–7 years relevant cloud / infrastructure / DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and operate applications on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Manage development, test, staging and production environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement deployment and rollback automation.
  • Manage application hosting, databases, storage and messaging.
  • Manage cloud networking, IAM and secrets.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code.
  • Establish dashboards, logs, health checks and alerts.
  • Proactively monitor availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents.
  • Perform root-cause analysis.
  • Manage DNS and SSL/TLS.
  • Implement backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
  • Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
  • Monitor and optimise cloud costs.
  • Support hybrid/customer deployments.
  • Maintain operational runbooks.
  • Improve system observability and resilience.

Essential Skills

  • 5–7 years cloud/DevOps/infrastructure/SRE experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Practical AWS experience.
  • Cloud application hosting.
  • Managed databases.
  • Object storage.
  • Networking.
  • IAM.
  • Monitoring and logging.
  • CI/CD.
  • Infrastructure-as-code.
  • Linux/server administration.
  • DNS/TLS troubleshooting.
  • Incident response and RCA.
  • PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting.

Preferred

Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer. AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, or AWS DevOps Engineer.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Engineering or a related discipline preferred. Relevant Microsoft Azure and/or AWS professional certifications are highly desirable. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
